Kirk A. Cullimore is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Willamette College of Law. He has been practicing law since 1982 with an emphasis on landlord law, collections, fair housing, and related areas.

He is the past president of the Utah Apartment Association (UAA) and currently sits on its Board of Directors. He has served as vice-president of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and a member of its Board of Directors. He has served on the NAA Legislative Committee and on their Fair Housing Task Force.

He has also been active in supporting the UAA to get legislation passed improving Utah's unlawful detainer statute, as well as fighting legislation that could negatively impact the industry as a whole. He is considered the foremost authority in the Intermountain West on matters of landlord law, fair housing, and collections.

Dave Todd has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Utah and a Law Degree from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Dave has practiced exclusively in the areas of collection and landlord/tenant law for the last 10 years. He has a strong reputation of effective landlord representation throughout Utah and he fully understands the legal issues landlords face - from the initial application process through eviction, move-out and collection. He has extensive experience appearing in court from St. George to Logan on all matters related to collection and landlord/tenant law.

Nick Lloyd

Nick Lloyd graduated from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law. He joined the Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore in May of 2020.

Nick has extensive experience appearing before Utah’s district court judges, justice court judges, and administrative agencies. Nick’s practice focuses on all of the issues that landlords encounter including evictions, collections, and fair housing law. He also assists non-landlords with collecting on past due accounts.

Prior to joining Titan Legal Nick worked in the criminal division of the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s office where he took numerous cases to trial. He is currently the vice chair of the Collection Law Section of the Utah State Bar.
